    Lefse

I grew up in Wisconsin with a Norwegian grandfather and lefse and Norwegian meatballs on Christmas Eve has been a family tradition for all of my 76 years. Our family always got together after Thanksgiving to make lefse, another family tradition. But this year, we had a wedding to prepare for and guests so there was no time. Norsland came to the rescue with excellent lefse and our Christmas Eve dinner was a huge success. Thank you!

These are amazing! And the best part is they are plant-based and contain no violent items stolen from our fellow animals! Perfect with plant-based butter so my vegan family and I can enjoy them!

    Norsland Lefse

The lefse is delicious as always. However, this year they took it up a notch! They now put sheets of bakery tissue in between each round of lefse, so there will be no sticking or tearing of the lefse as you take it out of the packaging. I have been purchasing lefse from this company for 20+ years, and this has been a huge improvement! Great job!

Best lefse ever!! Here in 2 days and was as fresh as when it was made. I have started a tradition of getting this every year. I married a Norwegian and we have to have lefse. The kids love it and I always buy extra to send home with them.

    My Lefse Order

Posted by MRS. ARLENE GREVE on 24th Nov 2024

I grew up on Lefse as both parents came from Norway. I ordered extra bkz I am going to treat my sisters to them also. There in freezer now, till I give them each a pkg. as a treat. I love them in mornings w/my coffee & I just like mine with butter & sugar. I've heard some put cinnamon on them & whatever other may use, but I have changed mine since I started eating them. I know where to go now when I run out, but I do have to watch my sugar intakes, so I try & span them out abit because I can eat them every day if I allowed myself to do so. If you made kumpa to tell, I'd ordered them too. A Norwegian poor man's dinner but no one seems to make them, My dad made them & some of my extended Norwegian family, but dad no more here & family who made them are all spread out. Another treat I miss dearly.
