Lefsa like my grandmother used to make.
The heat seal on each bag did not seal the product. I have a heat sealer and had to seal them all. The first bag I picked up and the Lefse fell out is how I discovered it. Norsland Lefse reply: Thanks for the feedback and we are sorry that you experienced this. We are ordering new equipment to improve the seal.

I grew up in Wisconsin with a Norwegian grandfather and lefse and Norwegian meatballs on Christmas Eve has been a family tradition for all of my 76 years. Our family always got together after Thanksgiving to make lefse, another family tradition. But this year, we had a wedding to prepare for and guests so there was no time. Norsland came to the rescue with excellent lefse and our Christmas Eve dinner was a huge success. Thank you!

The lefse is delicious as always. However, this year they took it up a notch! They now put sheets of bakery tissue in between each round of lefse, so there will be no sticking or tearing of the lefse as you take it out of the packaging. I have been purchasing lefse from this company for 20+ years, and this has been a huge improvement! Great job!

Best lefse ever!! Here in 2 days and was as fresh as when it was made. I have started a tradition of getting this every year. I married a Norwegian and we have to have lefse. The kids love it and I always buy extra to send home with them.
