The 3 pack was purchased as a gift for my 94 year old mother, who lives in Wisconsin, and remembers when she had lefse in years past. She enjoyed this brand since it was most like homemade. You did well in bringing back good memories.

It.was.dry compared to.past purchases. Left out in sun, past buys dry ice. From Norsland Lefse: Hi Mary - I’m sorry this arrived dry. That’s not what we expect from our lefse. We will reach out to replace it or issue a refund.

I was pleasently surprised to find how large the lefse was. I ordered a lot more then we needed.

The look and taste were exactly what I expected. However, it was a little tougher chewing then what my family makes themselves. I would order again but not as much.

My family's heritage is Scandinavian-American. Lefse was part of our Christmas tradition, which my grandmother and mother made at home. When they were no longer with us, Christmas didn't seem complete without lefse yet I was not inclined to try to make it myself. I've tried several lefse brands over the years and Norsland never fails to disappoint. It takes like the lefse my grandma and mim used to make with their Norwegian-Swedish recipes! Shipping to our southern home is uneventful and it arrives well-packaged and cold. I highly recommend whether you're continuing a lefse tradition or beginning one of your own!

A little too thin as dries out too fast and needs a little more salt. Would prefer rounds to wrap thongs like Salmon in

I am so glad I found your web site. The delivery was as promised and the quality was as good as I remember from about 70 years ago back in MN. Keep up the great taste and tradition.
