Just like I remembered…
We used to eat lefse for holiday dinners when I was a kid and I had a craving recently. It was just how I remembered it! I used to eat it room temperature with butter and table sugar. So delicious!!

Very dried out … used the day after received. Did you freeze it first and then thaw for fedexing? It was definitely not fresh. -- Norsland Lefse Reply: We are so sorry to hear this. Lefse arrived in 2 days in great condition. Put in freezer immediately. Thawed in refrigerator a day before usage. Lefse was packaged with parchment paper between each round which made the rounds easy to separate. Tasted excellent—wonderfully delicious with butter and sugar! Next best thing to the homemade lefse my Norsky relatives made!
