Lefse-Delish!
As a young child, mom would take on the task of making lease for the holiday. I watch her and tried to help, but I the end she did it all and we loved it! Norsland reminds me of those times and I love it! Great job!

I went this to my brother for a nice birthday surprise and he said it tasted like his childhood and brought back such wonderful memories of our grandmother making lefse. That was a compliment because our mother made the best lefse. He really enjoyed his gift!

I rate Norslands Lefsa as quite good, i.e. not quite the level of potato taste as another brand I tried and my grandmother & Scandinavian family used to make.

My Lefse Order
I grew up on Lefse since I was a girl and being a 1st generation Norwegian. I only like it with butter & sugar as that's how we had it. I love it in morning, when I start in with my first cup of Coffee & then some. I know there are variations, but I stick to one that I always had & still love it that way too.

I live in a rural town in New York. No one has ever heard of lefse. But my Norwegian background includes lefse at many Christmas and church celebrations. I have tried ordering it from many places and I finally found Norsland. It is the closest to my grandmother’s that I have ever had. You will not be disappointed to see the least. It comes fresh and freezes well
