We've had trouble finding the home-made lefse here in Scottsdale since covid. I'm happy to have found Norsland and renewed ability to have lefse for our family Christmas. Miram Severud brought the tradition to our family years ago, and we proudly keep it going.

This was the best homemade lefsa I have had in a long time. Just like my Norweigian grandmother made yrs ago. I had to freeze it when it arrived (which was fast). When ready to use I let it thraw out long enough to put butter and white sugar on it, rolled it up and I cut each into 3 pieces. Needless to say, it was loved by all. So as my grandmother would say: "Mange tusen takk".

Really dry and not much flavor.
I have eaten lefse all of my life. This year I tried this brand and I’m so disappointed. The flavor was ok but they are so dry. I will go back to my other brand next year. Texture can occasionally be affected in freezing or transit, but gently warming it usually restores softness. We’ve emailed you directly to offer a refund or replacement.
