Best Lefse on the market.
My wife was born and raised in Fargo, ND. We moved away in 2021 to the west coast and now to Texas. always looking for at least decent Lefse. But taking chance by reading review we decided to try Norsland. She was not only surprised they shipped to Texas. But it reminded her of home and times with her mother growing up who is Scandinavian?decent. We even got some right before Thanksgiving. Ordering is simple, shipping is great, best of all my wife has introduced Lefse to her coworkers. Thank you Norsland for bringing a bit of my wife’s food culture to Texas.

This is the worst lefse I have ever had. i kept out one pkg & we can't even eat that. Very dry & tough & putting it in the micro wave a bit does nothing for it. I have pkgs in the freezer and will be throwing them out. I will not be ordering from you again but sure would appreciate a refund for this. We were raised on lefse but this was a big disappointment. Lefse as good as it gets
For years we searched for lefse “ like grandma made” . Frankly we spent hundreds of dollars kissing frogs in an attempt to find a prince. Finally, Norsland was recommended to us and we gave it a try. It is simply thrilling to open a package of Norsland lefse and feel the texture of lefse that is properly made. It’s perfect in every way. Texture, taste, and thickness are all perfect. Now, no holiday is celebrated without a plate of Norsland on the table. Try it and I’m confident you’ll agree.

a very good Lefse
A very good Lefsa. Thin, fresh and tender. With that said, soybean oil is not my favorite. Wish it was made with a healthier or more traditional oil.
