I don’t think this is the same lefse recipe that I was used to. Seemed rather dry and tasteless. - From Norsland Lefse: John, I’m sorry this order was dry and didn’t taste like the lefse you remembered. That is not the experience we want anyone to have. I wasn’t thrilled with this product it seemed old and tasted a bit wet and mushy like it had been frozen to long I was super disappointed. From Norsland: Hi Kristi, we're sorry to hear this. Tasted GREAT. My mom grew up in Decorah. Have been to your cafe a few times. 5 STARS! 10 times better than the Mrs. Olson's product in stores. Worth every penny. Was surprised at great delivery!

I was happy to receive my lefse. I couldn't wait to open it and have some. I didn't realize it was only 2 pieces and they were the huge round ones. I cut one in half and put butter and sugar on it. It was good but I really had wished there were maybe more smaller ones.
