Description
Fruit, or flower blooms, are cooked with sugar to create a concentrated syrup (known as Saft.) Mix 1 part Saft syrup with 5 parts cold water (more or less for your preference) for a refreshing and preservative-free Scandinavian drink. Substitute your favorite sparkling water to add some fizz. Or experiment to create your own unique Nordic cocktail.

I had been searching high and low for real black currant in the dried form but had little luck. Opted to try this concentrate form and was happily satisfied with my purchase.
