My Lefse Order
I grew up on Lefse since I was a girl and being a 1st generation Norwegian. I only like it with butter & sugar as that's how we had it. I love it in morning, when I start in with my first cup of Coffee & then some. I know there are variations, but I stick to one that I always had & still love it that way too.

I live in a rural town in New York. No one has ever heard of lefse. But my Norwegian background includes lefse at many Christmas and church celebrations. I have tried ordering it from many places and I finally found Norsland. It is the closest to my grandmother’s that I have ever had. You will not be disappointed to see the least.
