I live in a rural town in New York. No one has ever heard of lefse. But my Norwegian background includes lefse at many Christmas and church celebrations. I have tried ordering it from many places and I finally found Norsland. It is the closest to my grandmother’s that I have ever had. You will not be disappointed to see the least. After waiting for stock, some was shipped. However it is not up to your usual standards, like you changed suppiers, or recipe or something. The pieces were smaller, dryer, and thinner.
