    Living in New York means no lefse! Ordering from Norsland makes my holiday table perfect. There is little quite as delicious as Thanksgiving leftovers rolled up in a piece of Norsland lefse.

    The lefse is very good and brings back memories of my grandmother and mother making it. I like to have it with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon, and eat it for breakfast.

    I couldn't wait to get home and open up the first package to taste this product...and it didn't disappoint. It's as close to what mom used to make on the farm. We live in West Michigan, where there are few Scandinavians, let alone, any who make lefse from scratch. I don't have the time or the equipment to make it and am beyond thrilled to have something like this available for purchase. Skol!
