This package was very tasty, I was surprised at how well it stayed together. Other brands fall apart when you try to put butter or jam on them. I have not used the larger packages yet, because they are for Christmas. My one main concern about the product was the shipping timeline--they were delivered past the apppointed time, but since they were still cold, I went ahead and put the larger packs in the freezer.

Single lefse
Cutting it into little triangles created a paper like product with no moisture or taste. If this was meant to give a sample to prospective lefse buyers, I think you have missed the boat. I have eaten and loved lefse for most of my 87 years but if that package of lefse was what I was going to base my purchase decision on, the answer would have been NO! The regular pack was somewhat dry just from the transport time. From Norsland Lefse: Sharon, thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry the lefse singles didn’t hit the mark for you. They’re meant as a sample and can be more affected by transport than our regular packs. Since this was a free gift, there isn’t a refund to issue, but I do appreciate you sharing your experience.
