Lefsa
Very good Lefsa. Just as good as my Mom used to make.

A great alternative to making it.
I moved to Iowa 8 years ago. I want able to finding any good Lefse. So I bought the Bethany starter kit and started making it myself. I used to make it with my Mom and sister before Mom passed. I want able to make it this year because of some health issues. When Norsland started showing up in my Facebook feed, I was hopeful. It exceed my expectations and brought bake to making it with Mom. Thank you for brightening an otherwise difficult Holiday.

Lefse
The lefse was delishious. In addition, after a delivery mishap, the team followed up with an expedited shipment which arrived on Christmas eve, just in time for our big family gathering. Will keep ordering!
