Lefse

What is Lefse?

Lefse is a Norwegian “bread” made primarily from potatoes.  Norsland Lefse is created with all natural ingredients, with no preservatives, and can be served in a variety of ways–most commonly rolled up with butter and sugar.

Some folks substitute lefse for a tortilla in wraps and other dishes.  Think of it as a moist, tender “Norwegian Tortilla!”  Olé!
