Lutefisk meal package
The sales lady said we were supposed to get a package of goat cheese with our order. There was none. The package was thawed when we got it. From Norsland Lefse: Thanks for the feedback, Philip. The goat cheese was part of a $55+ product subtotal promotion, which this order did not qualify for. The order shipped FedEx 2-Day with ice packs and was delivered on schedule; frozen seafood like lutefisk can arrive thawed but still cold and safe to refrigerate or refreeze. We followed up directly by email to clarify.

Lutefisk and Lefse
Lefse was very good. Comes in large circles that if cut in pizza type slices are great. Tried Lutefisk for first time since I was 12 and forced to eat by my Norsky father. I still do not like it but am sure product supplied was fine. Did have some bones so beware. Smells before cooking but not during or after baking. Taste is very bland as expected.
