Description
Bond-ost is a cow's milk cheese, where the milk is curdled, heated, cut, salted, stirred, pressed into forms, and immersed into brine for a day or two, the new cheese is ripened for six to eight weeks. This cheese now comes as a brick and not a round wheel.

Cheese is Amazing ...just hard to find in out area
This cheese is amazing plain and with caraway seeds. Ordered plain in November and now ordering with Carawy. Cannot find around us anymore .....its very pricey and add the shipping charges which are a killer but a treat now at least once a year. Highly Recommend
