Juusto baked cheese with bacon crumbles. Juusto is a buttery-flavored, flat and squeaky cheese made in Scandinavia for over 200 years--called "Juustoleipa" or "Ostbrod" meaning "bread cheese." Each piece is backed in special ovens to create a delicious toasty crust. To serve, warm in oven, microwave or skillet until it glistens. Cut in strips and serve as an appetizer. 6 oz package.
