Juusto baked cheese with Jalapeño peppers.  Juusto is a buttery-flavored, flat and squeaky cheese made in Scandinavia for over 200 years--called "Juustoleipa" or "Ostbrod" meaning "bread cheese." Baked in special ovens to create a delicious toasty crust.  To serve, warm in oven, microwave or skillet until it glistens.     LOVE Juusto cheese! It is good cold or heated. It has a squeaked on you teeth like fresh cheese curds. The Jalapeño has just enough spice to give it some character, but I love plain Juusto as well!
