Don't know what you mean by this
I may have trouble finishing the 3-pound pail, but this is at least as good as the little Skansen jars (wich I have a hard time finding).

Herring in wine sauce
You wouldn't know it from my surname but I'm 50% Norwegian from my mother and she LOVED pickled herring and we always had it in the house when I was growing up (store brands like Vita). Well, many decades later I still love it and I have to say that yours is by FAR the best I've ever had. So thanks!
