These used to be mu favorite Hering Fillets. Lately the quality seem to deteriorate a bit. They still taste good but the pieces are smaller and tend to be a little mushy and sometimes gray. I think I like the Viking brand better now.

Well packaged with cold packs, arrived in good condition, intact and cold. Good flavor, plenty of herring. Would recommend to anyone who likes herring.
