Viking Prime Cream Style Herring Cutlets

Still the best brand available, excellent herring, sauce so tasty you cound drink it, and somewhat over-abundance of soft sweet-ripe onions. Nevertheless, after ordering this multi times over several years, for the first time I noticed the cutlets seemed smaller in size.

The cutlets are large and thick and texture is fresh-like wonderful, while the cream sauce is so delish as to be "drinkable." Even the onions are good, very edible. Have ordered several times over years. Other brand available does not measure up. This is "the one."
